Cathryn, Angela Jennifer formed the original Hayes Sister line-up. Now a two-man act, the sisters, Cath and Ange, continue to bring their music to the folk scene.

They grew up in a home where someone was always singing. Nature blessed them with rather beautiful voices and they discovered that they could play the guitar and write some decent songs too! 

The sisters have appeared at festivals and gigs across the UK and Ireland. After being spotted by Nashville–based, Clive Gregson; one of the most-respected names in the music industry, they released their first album.  With the extraordinary talents of Clive, and John Wood they made ‘Another Man’s Shoes’ – a collection of songs borne from personal experiences and emotions; by history, politics, art, literature. It is influenced by the music they grew up listening to, and features the immense talents of Andrew Dinan, Fiona Lander, and Andy Seward.  

Angela and Cathryn continue to write and perform and delighting audiences with their close harmonies and warm patter.
